2. 포지션 설명
As an *Expert Consultant, you will work closely with and bring your deep expertise to BCG and client leaders. And, support or lead case teams who need an Expert; Drive constructive dialogues with client leaders on how to capitalize; Provide financial and actuarial expertise to assess the costs, value and fit for the client’s requirements. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, and collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance

*THE EXPERT CONSULTING TRACK (ECT)
The Expert Consulting Track (ECT) is vital to BCG’s ability to successfully meet our clients’ demand for deep expertise and sophisticated technical capabilities. Experts deliver next-level impact for BCG's most complex and pioneering client challenges; and their work is critical to our delivery model. Working alongside our traditional and specialty consultants to bring the ‘best of BCG’ to our clients, Experts come from diverse backgrounds, with expertise often gained outside of BCG in industry, academia, or specialized consulting.

3. 자격 요건
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Insurance, Reinsurance or Accounting (Insurance Focused) industry (either working directly in the Industry or as a Consultant)
• Within your career so far, you have already been able to apply sound Knowledge in the field of Actuarial, Finance, Risk Management, Product development and Pricing, Insurance Accounting, Asset Liability and/or Investment Management
• Actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization in order to understand their needs and help to influence the client agenda is part of your business
• Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
• Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel frequently are necessary
• You have an exceptionally good academic background, ideally from a leading university. An Actuarial or Accounting degree is a plus but not a must
• Professional designations either in actuarial or accounting
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean. Fluent English is a plus but not a must
• Strong presence, team spirit and leadership skills
