We are pleased to send you the 30-day Council Agenda and are looking forward to the Tokyo IAA Council and Committee meetings!

Please see the Council roster for the upcoming meeting in Tokyo, Japan. The “Associations Registered” portion has been compiled by comparing the individual registrations received with the appointed Council Delegates and Alternate Delegates list we have in our records. If a member of your association is attending the meeting but is not identified in our records as a Council Delegate (or alternate), they will appear on the roster as a non-voting attendee. If your association is planning on attending and is not shown as registered on the roster, please register no later than the November 3 deadline. If you cannot attend the Council meeting in person, please note that your association’s options are as follows:

1) to be represented by an Alternate Delegate;
2) to return to the Secretariat a completed electronic ballot;
3) to assign proxy voting rights to an existing Council delegate (instructions at Internal Regulations 3.9) to represent your association. Download the Proxy Form

As a reminder, President Gábor will be hosting a pre-Council webinar on October 31 at 7 a.m. EDT. Please click here to register. This will  provide an advanced look at some of the Tokyo Council agenda items, including the following important topics: IAA renewal, revised Internal Regulations and Statutes, and budget 2020. Please ensure you attend this webinar so you will have all information at hand going into the meeting on November 21.
