We are pleased to send you the 30-day Council Agenda and are looking forward to the Washington IAA Council and Committee meetings!
The 30-day agenda can also be accessed by logging on to the Members' site, clicking on the Council button, then selecting Meeting Documents, and click the PDF image under Agendas column beside Washington.
Please register before the May 1 deadline. If you cannot attend the Council meeting in person, please note that your association’s options are as follows:
1) to be represented by an Alternate Delegate;
2) to return to the Secretariat a completed electronic ballot;
3) to assign proxy voting rights to an existing Council delegate (instructions at Internal Regulations 3.9) to represent your association. Download the Proxy Form

As a reminder, we will be hosting a pre-Council webinar on April 24 which will provide an advanced look at some of the Washington Council agenda items, including important topics such as the IAA renewal, revised Internal Regulations, audited financial statements for 2018 and 2020 preliminary budget.
