If you cannot attend the Council meeting in person, please note that your association’s options are as follows:
1) to be represented by an Alternate Delegate;
2) to return to the Secretariat a completed electronic ballot (available when the 30-day agenda is announced on April 18);
3) to assign proxy voting rights to an existing Council delegate (instructions at Internal Regulations 3.9) to represent your association. Download the Proxy Form
