FOR ACTION: Council electronic ballot (CEB2019-01)  

In accordance with Articles 3.6 and 3.10 of the IAA Internal Regulations, the motions contained in this electronic ballot hold the same status as a motion adopted during a Council meeting. All contained motions are to take effect immediately after the closing of the ballot (pending approval).

This Council electronic ballot (CEB2019-01) seeks your association’s vote on the motions below.

1. Approve the revised vision, mission, values and strategic objectives. 

2. Approve changes to the Terms of Reference of the Membership Committee.

The voting period shall be 60 days, ending on May 13, 2019.
