International Congress of Actuaries (ICA 2023)
Audience: All Young Actuaries World Cup
The IAA and its partner actuview are pleased to announce the 1st Young Actuaries World Cup (YAWC). YAWC welcomes all actuaries under the age of 35 years old to create a short video expressing their views on how the profession can be advanced in the future along the journey on the Bridge to Tomorrow. The four finalists will compete for the championship title at the International Congress of Actuaries in Sydney. To learn more about this exciting initiative, visit the YAWC webpage. Bursary Congress Fund
The IAA Bursary Congress Fund is available to provide some financial support to interested candidates complying with the characteristics of the bursary selection process. To find out more about the process and to apply for a bursary, please visit the ICA 2023 Bursary Fund webpage. Application deadline is September 15, 2022!

We are excited to announce the IAA will be hosting our next meetings at the all new Humaniti hotel in beautiful Montreal, Quebec, Canada, October 14-16. We hope to see you in-person! Registration will be opening within the next week, please stay tuned.

The EC will meet next on August 18 and those minutes will be issued once they are available after the meeting. Should you have any questions or comments, please contact the Executive Director. Reminder: Electronic Council Ballot Audience: Full Member Association Presidents, Council Delegates, Correspondents, and Sections If your association has not submitted its vote for the motion on the Council electronic ballot, please do so no later than August 12, 2022.
