- As communicated to Council Delegates last week, a special Council discussion on the War in Ukraine has been added to the schedule on May 7th (15:00-17:00 CEST). Please register for this session if you have been mandated by your Full Member Association to present their views at this session. There will not be any formal votes during this session and participation will be limited to Council Delegates only.

| - Climate Science: A Summary for Actuaries, prepared by the IAA’s Executive Committee’s Climate Risk Task Force in association with the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Working Group I Technical Support Unit. This Summary, based on the IPCC Working Group I Sixth Assessment Report released in August 2021, is tailored to the actuarial community to provide helpful insights into what the IPCC report means for the Actuarial profession.

| - Application of Climate-Related Risk Scenarios to Asset Portfolios, the fourth of a series of papers by the Climate Risk Task Force aimed at creating awareness and promoting actuarial approaches in climate[1]related risk management and reporting. The focus of this paper is the assessment and projection of asset cash flows and market values, taking into account climate-related risks to be incorporated in the analyses and reports provided by actuaries.
